We have a staff of over one hundred special operations personnel, the majority of whom have worked in the fields of counter terrorism, counter espionage and covert intelligence gathering for the British, American and Australian Security Services.

The CiRO partners have first hand knowledge of international investigations at the highest levels of government, and continue to maintain a personal, hands-on, approach to all ongoing project work. Aubone "Boney" Pyke

Former Royal Navy Commanding Officer

As an avionics specialist in the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm, Aubone was seconded to the Royal Aircraft Establishment Farnborough for avionics development projects. A former Head of the Aircraft Engineering Department at Royal Naval Engineering College. As Senior Engineer for the Royal Navy helicopter squadron he had responsibility for all aircraft on board British frigates and destroyers.

Post Navy Aubone set up a Company advising corporates on business in Russia, following a distinguished career as the Finance Director and General Administration Director of Coopers & Lybrand in Moscow. He also advised as a consultant to the Russian Government. He speaks fluent Russian.

Harry Brazier

Royal Navy, Defence Intelligence, Judge

Harry's career began in the Royal Navy where he served on, and commanded, conventional and nuclear submarines; later moving ashore to assume control of the Submarine desk in DI3N (Defence Intelligence Navy), which collected intelligence on the Soviet submarine threat. Thereafter Harry was appointed Assistant Naval Attache in the British embassy in Moscow. The role involved extensive professional liaison with other diplomats, as well as regular (authorised) travel around the USSR and Poland; a particularly interesting time at this stage of the Cold War.

Harry left the Royal Navy and qualified as a solicitor before joining a firm of shipping lawyers in London as a member of their Admiralty Department. He ultimately managed their Far East operations. Harry then joined the Hong Kong Judiciary as a professional Magistrate and Acting District Judge. He was also appointed by the Governor of Hong Kong to investigate all major shipping accidents occurring in national waters. Harry speaks Russian, French and Italian.

Colin Sullivan

Former Investment Banker, Fellow AABFS

Colin has particular expertise in the global foreign exchange and fixed income bond markets with a banking career spanning four decades. He has vast experience of liaising with central banks, retail and investment banks, and financial regulatory authorities globally.

Colin lived, worked, and conducted business across the United States, South America, Africa, Europe, the Far East, and the Middle East (where he is a Fellow of the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences). Colin has consulted on marketing, public relations, and advised on regulatory issues for financial institutions, accountancy practices, corporations, and law firms.

Michael Guidry

Founder, The Guidry Group

Michael is a leader in the field of security. As an infrastructure and physical security expert his work has pioneered numerous innovative techniques for many of the most prestigious companies in the world. The Guidry Group now operates in one hundred and four countries around the globe.

Michael is one of the founding members of the New York Electronic Crimes Task Force. He has consulted the US government state department on counter terrorist techniques and holds multiple US Secret Service awards of appreciation for outstanding service to law enforcement. Michael has also received a personal Letter of Commendation from President George W Bush.

Robert Scallon

FCIB, ACIS, Freeman of the City of London

Robert is a former Barclays Bank executive, and is a sought after expert in finance, international trade and corporate governance. With Barclays, Robert worked in Zaire, Israel, South Africa, Russia and Germany. Following this, Robert was Director for Project Export & Trade Finance at Thales UK.

Robert is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and is currently a Trustee with the Thales UK Pension Scheme. He is a member of various London clubs and societies, and speaks a number of languages including French, German and Russian.

Scott DeMario

Human Resource Expert, CUNA Mutual Group

Scott oversees the corporate absence management activities at CUNA Mutual, the major insurance provider, and is their single global gatekeeper. He is an expert in disease management design, workers compensation claim management, and stay at work/return to work programmes. In addition he built a highly successful orthopedic rehabilitation clinic.

Scott is also President and Lead Consultant of Adventure Growth, LLC, a regional employee benefits consulting group. He earned a BSc. at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and a MSc. in Health Services Administration from Cardinal Stretch College, USA.
